Shipping Policy

At Royal Tribe Norway, we are committed to delivering excellence and authenticity. Because we bridge the gap between our artisanal factory in the heart of Africa and our base in Norway, our shipping process is designed to ensure the highest quality for every garment.

1. Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is 3 to 8 business days.

The variation in delivery time depends on whether the item is currently held in our Norwegian inventory or if it requires specialized production.

2. Made-to-Order & Factory Production

We take pride in our "Slow Fashion" approach. To maintain the exclusivity of our traditional and daily wear:

• In-Stock Items: If your item is physically in stock at our Norway store, it will be dispatched immediately.

• Factory Orders: In cases where an item is not currently in stock in Norway, it will be produced specifically for you at our factories.

• This process includes meticulous craftsmanship, quality control at the source, and secure transit from our African factory to our physical store in Norway before being delivered to your doorstep.

3. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

• Once your order has been dispatched from our Norway location, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer both domestic shipping within Norway and international shipping to our global "Tribe" members.

5. Customs and Duties

For international orders outside of Norway, please be aware that Royal Tribe Norway is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Transparency & Tracking

We value your patience while we craft your royal attire. If your order is undergoing production at our factory, we will keep you updated on its progress. You can always contact our support team for a status update on your bespoke shipment.

Return & Right of Withdrawal Policy

At Royal Tribe Norway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven).

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you, physically receive the product.

• To meet the deadline, you must send us a notification that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has ended.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be returned in its original condition.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• If the value of the item is reduced because you have handled it more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value from the refund.

3. Return Shipping and Costs

In accordance with our terms of sale:

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping.

• Return Method: You must post the item yourself to our physical store/warehouse in Norway. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as Royal Tribe Norway is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

• Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at support@royaltribenorway.com to notify us of your return.

2. We will provide you with the correct return address for our Norwegian office.

3. Securely pack the item and include a copy of your order confirmation or the "Angreskjema" (Withdrawal Form).

4. Post the package via your local postal service or courier.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
